WILMINGTON, OH (October 3, 2025) — TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital proudly hosted its 18th annual Brake for Breakfast event, welcoming hundreds of community members who stopped by to enjoy breakfast and receive important breast health education — all without leaving their cars.

The event, held in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, encourages women to take a moment out of their busy mornings to focus on their health. Each participant received a breakfast bag along with educational materials promoting the importance of early detection and routine screenings.

“Brake for Breakfast has become one of our most meaningful traditions and an important way we engage with the community,” said Tom Daskalakis, President and Chief Operating Officer of TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital. “By providing education and encouragement in such a positive setting, we’re helping to raise awareness and empower women to take proactive steps for their health. Early detection saves lives, and this event is a wonderful reminder of that.”

TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital extends its heartfelt thanks to all who attended, as well as to the dedicated volunteers and local students who made the event possible. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and commitment to community health helped ensure a smooth and successful morning. Through events like Brake for Breakfast, TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital continues its mission to deliver surprisingly human care — seeing, hearing, and healing the people of Clinton County and beyond.
