Clinton Memorial Hospital's CEO, Tom Daskalakis, was the featured speaker at the 16th annual 'Senior Awareness Fair', hosted by Clinton County Community Action’s Aging-Up Center. The event brought together over 50 local senior citizens and 30 service providers for a day focused on wellness, resources, and aging support. Daskalakis highlighted recent achievements at the hospital, including being named a Best Workplace for the second year in a row.

In his remarks, Daskalakis shared updates on several hospital departments and outlined future initiatives aimed at improving care and expanding services. He emphasized his long-term commitment to the hospital, stating that he wants to leave a lasting mark—not use the role as a stepping stone—as he looks ahead to the final 10 to 15 years of his career. Daskalakis also spoke about the importance of retaining talented staff, noting that creating a workplace where employees feel supported and valued is essential to delivering high-quality patient care.
