Wilmington Raises Mayor's Salary from $20,000 to $80,000

City of Wilmington Announces Reduced Transit Hours Starting February 1, 2026
WILMINGTON, OH (December 17, 2025)—The City of Wilmington has announced changes to its public transit service hours, effective February 1, 2026. Beginning on this date, Wilmington Transit will operate from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Service on Sundays will remain unchanged, operating from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
