Wilmington, OH (November 17, 2025)—The Clinton County Veterans Service Commission would like to thank Cemetery Superintendent Kirby Keltner and the staff of Sugar Grove Cemetery and Jack Rose for all their assistance in helping the Clinton County Veterans Service Commission fix or replace all of the GAR (Grand Army of the Republic) veterans' markers at Sugar Grove Cemetery. The Clinton County Veterans Service Commission is working on fixing or replacing all of Clinton County veterans' markers at all Clinton County cemeteries before our Semiquincentennial.
