APPROVED: Davids Drive Connector Path



The City of Wilmington, Ohio approves ‘Davids Drive Connector Path’ by 6 to 1 vote at City Council on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

  • Don Wells (3rd Ward) “YES”

  • Bob Osborn (4th Ward) “YES”

  • Jamie Knowles (At-Large) “YES”

  • David Nanstad (At-Large) “YES”

  • Kelly Tolliver (At-Large) “NO”


Following the vote, City Service Director, Michael Crowe, said he would carry out the wishes of the city. Community members in attendance were overheard pleasantly saying that was “respectful of him to say”.


Wilmington has been awarded $1,000,000 of Federal funds for a 2.2 mile path on Davids Drive will connect Lynne Lane with State Route 134 and is expected to start development in 2026.
