Happy Cow’s Creamery owner, Donal Bickel, joins the podcast to share the story of Clinton County’s LAST dairy farm and how his family made a “real change” from selling 100% their milk to a co-op in West Virginia to now selling their milk direct-to-consumer and even opening their own retail store during COVID.

Donald also shared how his family recently received a grant (after their 3rd attempt) to get a bigger vat with the hopes of making their own yogurts and even selling their milk at Kroger stores that want to promote more local products.
