Clinton County Homeless Shelter Point-In-Time Count

The Clinton County Homeless Shelter is required to do a "point-in-time count" once a year to count the number of people who are homeless in our community. This year the homeless shelter is doing multiple point-in-time counts to get a better indication of the number of people who are homeless.
